Refund Policy

One-Time Sessions
For one-time advisory sessions (e.g., the Business Strategy Session), refunds are available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for completed or missed sessions.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly advisory packages (Entrepreneurial Coaching, CEO Coaching) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial-month refunds are issued. To cancel, please contact us before your next renewal date.
Custom Group Coaching
Custom group coaching engagements are non-refundable once the program has commenced. If you need to cancel before the start date, please contact us at least 7 business days in advance to discuss options.
